Spring 1911 GM Observations

Nothing new really. England asks Austria to attack Italy. Austria moves away from attacking Italy. France has backed off some too (maybe to cover from an English stab). The wait continues.

Spring 1911 Player Journals

England

Austria taking Piedmont is a good sign for him taking out Italy, but he probably won’t unless he gets an army down to Greece to protect against a retaliation.

France

Stalemate of A/I is ready, England and myself have stalemate as well, so let’s sign for 4-way draw

Italy

Okay, we got Austria into Piedmont, not that that likely means anything but any step forward is better than sitting around and doing nothing. Time to just keep pushing for TYS and then the other Austrian fleet in ION; at least it seems as if it will hold.

Pushing through to defend Italy against all attacks and withdrawing AEG-GRE in order to show goodwill (just in case Italy is worrying about me getting any ideas).

Also, hopefully pushing France off the Italian peninsula.

Still looks like a 4-way. I could only really thing about an A/E/F if I were to be able to build a couple more fleets, so I am sticking as I am for now. I am a ‘care bear’ anyway, so I am happy to help my friend in Rome.
