GM Observations
A build in Vienna signals a plan to move on Munich (or possibly Italy). Will France get swallowed up by AEI? Will Austria go for the solo? Are any of the players thinking about that?
I have no answers and look forward to seeing the outcome!

Just me building – guess I made the right call with MOS/WAR!
Well the build was VIE or BUD. VIE seems to have greater value and dissuades France (hopefully) from a move on BOH.
I will set orders to NOW and start the thinking about F/E and my work with I in Turkey.
