GM Observations
France built a fleet in Marseilles, so France does see the risk of having England all around. England removed the army in London but didn’t really need it. Otherwise, the builds are all the obvious choices. Now it will be interesting to see what Austria does. Does Austria try to stymie England from taking StP? Does Austria move in for the kill with Turkey or help Italy take Smyrna? Will Italy turn back and abandon the Turkish conquest?
There is quite a bit of intrigue with England and France as well. I suspect that France will not do anything too provocative in Germany in the spring to see what England does. If England leaves dark blue dots uncovered there for the fall, I think we’ll see them turn into light blue dots.

England
Well, I got most of my wish list. With France not attacking any of my German centers and pulling back to defend his homeland, I was able to hold my losses to 1 unit. France is building 1 which I assume will be a fleet. Hopefully he will spend one more season defending his homeland and allowing me to push into Italian territory without losing control of MAO.
At this point, Austria has to support the Russian army in StP or I will take StP for good. Interesting that a couple of years ago I was talking about having to support Russia to keep Austria from taking it.
Austria continues to play very conservatively. He could have easily pushed against Italy or the German centers, but seems content to amass an army.
I am so please that Austria did not help Italy take the needed Turkish center. Now I can take Tunis this season and Tyrrhenian Sea next.
France
looks like message is taken by England, and he continues to give trust to me.
The man got balls, I must say, but I will answer positive and will not stab him right now, and hopefully we can build up a lot of mutual trust.
austria will become the major playing in the east, and I will focus on him.
