How will E/F react to their victory over Germany? France had already decided prior to Fall 1905 to build a fleet so what will England decide?

Winter 1906 Adjudication

England: Build F lvp

France: Build F bre

GM Observations

Interesting… a fleet in Brest. That could be a set-up to still head south but England’s fleet build in Liverpool is probably stopping those thoughts. I thought England may be looking to continue this uneasy alliance with France based on the support of ENG-MAO, but a fleet in Liverpool doesn’t make me think that at all.

If they had built differently, they could have kept E/F going while the East is in disarray. Instead, they will likely start attacking each other. I think England made a mistake in building another fleet but we’ll see.

England

That was interesting.  I am a little surprised France supported Berlin to hold, but since he did, not sure why he didn’t move to Holland as well.  He had to know I would take the support of Berlin as a sign he is committed to Italy and plans to head my way next.  His failure to bounce me out of Holland gives me the upper hand.  Even when he builds a fleet in Brest, I should be able to hold him off in Germany’s homeland while maneuvering to an advantage in the seas.

I am still more concerned about Italy/Austria and would prefer to pass by France and head that way first, but this last season shows that is very unlikely now.
