GM Observations
An English fleet in Liverpool! So much for E/F working together! England has played this very well and now has the initiative against France. Of course, France is likely to get another build from Germany after this year, so England will have a tough time invading France.
Additionally, there is a chance this is primarily a defensive build. However, an army in Liverpool would be sufficient for that. On top of all that, England continues to leave Russia alone to be able to slow the Austrian’s growth.
I’m a little surprised by Turkey’s disband. The fleet in BLA can support CON without interruption for awhile. Regardless, it’s not like Turkey has a good choice here—as long as A/I don’t mess up they will take another center from Turkey this year.
Germany’s disband seems to favor England, as Germany’s moves have seemed to be doing all along. Of course, these actions by Germany may have emboldened England’s build to (presumably) go after France next.

England
OK. Germany has been reduced to a couple centers.
I do like the 2 French armies to Germany’s East. They not only keep Austria from making gains against Russia, they also mean that should I decide to attack France, he is way out of position to defend himself.
At this point, I have no interest in attacking France. My biggest concern is Austria and his ally Italy. My hope is to be able to get a fleet or two around Iberia to assist France with an attack on Italy without France seeing it as an attack on France.
If I am successful in getting into the Mediterranean, I hope to be able to get far enough in that I can get to 18 centers without the Eastern Powers setting up a stalemate line to stop a victory.
Not to get to far ahead of myself though. We are a long way from that happening. First need to keep France on my side without letting Austria/Italy grow much more.
Germany
My disband will be BER. Again, trying to make life as difficult as I can for France rather than England.
Russia
Glad to have maintained my SC count. No doubt E will be distracted for now with F F ENG. He did a good job in taking out Kiel and Holland.
T’s reduction is not good news.

Maybe I have focussed too much on SCs and my local situation.
I was unable to help Germany and an E/F or even an E/F/I seems to have burst on to the scene.
This could be trouble….
